Meet The Founder
My name is Tiffany A. Stevens and I have been a Mobile Notary for twenty-five years in the State of Maryland, District of Columbia and recently commissioned in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Loan Signing Agent. I am the President of Kat Kaleb Notary Signing Services, LLC in the State of Maryland. As a Loan Signing Agent, I meet with borrowers/sellers, title company Escrow Officers, Lenders to facilitate and notarize Mortgage loan closings.

Kat Kaleb Notary Signing Services LLC are not authorized to certify true copies of birth, death, or marriage certificates. Only the Division of Vital Records/Statistics may perform such a certification. Kat Kaleb Notary Signing Services LLC are not authorized to certify true copies of court issued documents. Tiffany was part of Professional Healthcare Resources from 2007 to 2013 as a Community Liaison and then from 2015 to date as Director of Business Development in Annandale, covering Montgomery County and then in our DC Branch for home health, hospice and Personal Care. She is creative, highly motivated, and has a professional, extensive background in acute care, long term and short-term care in comprehensive rehabilitation settings in addition to being one of our top performers in Sales and Marketing. Prior to her current role, Tiffany served in many positions as Director of Admissions, Director of Marketing, Resident Advocate, Consumer Case Worker, Certified Addictions Counselor and has served in several Federal and District government positions. She holds certification in the Community Outreach Services (CAC-ADT).
